Always very good! The schnitzel is my personal highlight. Small but fine menu, the homemade bread in advance does not reach any baker. Very good ideas without cluttering food. The wine list is also m.M. after very solid. The location with a view towards the Weser couldn't be much nicer.

Upscale gastronomy, very attractive furnishings, very nice staff, but also something for hikers and cyclists right on the Weser.

Price-performance well. The salad was really tasty, but very small. No bread, buy extra. I don't find the prices reasonable. Cake was filling and tasty. They have oat milk / coffee latte! It was a little bit over the waiting time for what was ordered. All in all, everything was very tasty, but 1 star deduction due to P / L.

The food is delicious, top quality, but smaller portions. (subtracting a star here would be nonsense) The kitchen is limited to a small menu, but all dishes are top notch. Something for everyone. The condition is very friendly, attentive, and incredibly reliable. All dishes and drinks are noted and correctly assigned without a note. Definitely worth a visit. Upscale gastronomy ... nice atmosphere and excellent cuisine. Seasonally coordinated cake buffet! Also a beautiful outside terrace with a direct view of the Weser. The service team is attentive and friendly.

I really loved the cake and coffee and how nice they were to us with our little one year old boy - giving him a babycino and a chair to sit in, and having patience with us despite having a small baby. I also love the castle grounds and the cafe was so pretty and relaxing to dine in with the gorgeous fireplace and river views. We'll definitely be back!
